Aleli
A space for parents & Children to
play, practice, and embrace the Rollercoaster of human emotions
85% of the connections in our brain are built in the
first three years of life - more than 1 million
new connections per second!
This sensitive period of brain development is highly influenced by interactions with parents and caregivers. Yet there is a false idea of adequacy versus inadequacy in parenting.
That is why Aleli creates play dates for
parents and their children.
Parents deserve a safe place to practice new skills,
screw up, ask questions, and try again.
Aleli helps you...
Learn about your child’s brain and development. Then use play as a way to build the connections in their brain for school and life. Learn new brain-building activities for parents and children.
Coregulation is the basis for helping your child manage difficult emotions. Practice coregulation skills, try different forms of discipline, and have space to manage your own emotions as a parent.
Attachment is built through shared space and time with your child. These play groups give you that space to prioritize your child and strengthen the attachment between you. This attachment lasts a lifetime.

How do I know if the course is right for me?
If you are the parent of a young child and want to learn and practice techniques to build your baby’s brain, then this course is for you. Whether you want to have fun with your baby or learn how to connect with them even when stressed, this is the right course for you.
What if I’m not satisfied with the course? Is it refundable?
If you are not satisfied with Aleli after the first session, then you can receive 100% of your money back no questions asked. I’m putting a lot of time into the course, so all I ask in return is that you let me know how we could improve.
What is the age of children that you are accepting in the course?
To start, the course will be offered for children aged 0 to 4 years. So you can sign up if your child is a newborn up to the day they turn 4 years old.
How many kids can I bring to the session?
Each family can only bring one child to the session, even if multiple children are aged 3 or younger. This makes the sessions flow much better. In the sign up section, you can let me know the age of all your children so we can ensure you get matched with the best group.
How many adults can attend? Can I bring both parents? How about grandparents or other caregivers?
Any and all parents and caregivers can come to the session with the child. In other words, if both parents and one grandparent want to come to the session, that’s great!
Even if one of the caregivers doesn’t speak English, they will still learn a lot.
What happens after I pay and sign up?
You will receive an email from me and we will likely set up a time to speak on the phone to discuss your availability to take the course.
What happens if I sign up but cannot make the dates of the course?
If you pay for the course but cannot find dates that work for you, you have the option of waiting until a course opens up that is better for your schedule or receiving 100% of your money back. Completely refundable.
